1. Collaborate with various departments including plants to collect business data to complete timely reporting to the Chairman 2. Perform analysis of reports and reporting to management for decision making on various matters 3. Track Operational performance, identify key metrics 4. Coordinate with plants for daily production Report including Production data, dispatch of material, breakdown etc. 5. Review data on Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance activities for plants. 6. Attending Technical review meetings and Follow up on implementation of decisions. 7. Reviewing the procurement & Logistics department reports and submitting it to chairman highlighting critical points. 8. Monitor tracking of all purchase requisitions and timely supply to the plant. 9. Reviewing procurement related logistics to ensure unforeseen delays. 10. Support Commercial head for Technical Purchases and Raw material planning. 11. Identify business gaps and propose corrective actions. Work with all departments to develop integrated solutions 12. Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends 13. Design and implementation of new processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of departments and for alignment of organization strategy. 14. Prepare business presentations / correspondences on behalf of Chairman, as and when required. 15. Develop business cases based on business analytics and competitive intelligence. 16. Execute Market Intelligence & develop market research reports and monitor new tenders across globe. 17. Analysis of Market data and recommend new business opportunities and expand the services company provides to clients 18. In partnership with the Management, provide leadership to MAN business unit to enhance existing revenue streams and implement cost-recovery initiatives 19. Oversee marketing and revenue generation teams and inculcate innovative approaches throughout all aspects of the business, including revenue diversification, customer acquisition and strategic partnerships 24. Engage potential private sector, business, and corporate leaders to advocate for funds 25. Provide input for overall project landscape analysis, the creation of business plan and the management framework 26. Ensure the systematic use of scientific and technical knowledge in all activity design, implementation, and monitoring to advance MAN 27. Contribute to the project's overall learning agenda 28.
