Working with the Top Management the role-holder will contribute to translating organizational vision and strategic plans to business reality & Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth analysis of business performance benchmarked against the planned/budgeted on an on-going basis.
- To keep track of MIS reports, consolidation & reconciliation with financial reports.
- To sharply analyse causes of variances and advise suitable steps/measures to address them.
- To analyse profit and loss statement of the organisation on a monthly basis
- To map trends of business performance.
- To ensure smooth & timely completion of presentations for board meetings, quarterly reviews and other management meetings
- Working with CFO with the weekly, monthly and quarterly review, collecting the data/facts, analyzing these to find the root cause of business problem and forwarding the key findings to the management.
- Tracks all the task forces and special projects in finance running in the organization. Follows up with them on status update and timely closure of action items.
- Updating the Monthly Business Reports & Presentations and organize Monthly Direct Report Meetings, preparing its agenda & circulation. To track budgeted vs actual and do variance analysis.
- Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business and maintains necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the leadership team to complete work assignments, influence outcomes and ensure that critical deadlines are met and projects are completed.
- Planning and execution of small finance projects with minimal supervision
- Be part of monthly business meeting and review to capture the minutes and follow up with senior management.
- Part of the Special Projects spearheaded from CFOs office.
Qualification And Experience :
- CA with 14-15 Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Industry & At least 10 year as an Executive Assistant to a CEO / MD / Director / CFO position
- Prior experience in Data Analytics and Power BI will be mandatory.
