QUALIFICATION: CA / MBA (Finance & Operations) INORBIT MALLS EXPERIENCE: 5 to 9 Years REPORTING TO: CEO KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assisting the CEO with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions. - Conducting market research, Business Planning, analyzing financial data and business data etc. - Budget Analysis, Budget Monitoring, Budget Control &amp; Variance. - Tracking project status and suggest corrective actions. - Identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to minimize finance cost. - Co-coordinating and follow up with Department Heads on project status. - Analyzing and evaluating ongoing Business performance. - Generating business reports and presenting them to Board of Directors. - Coordination with Heads of Departments for timely and accurate reporting of performance. KEY SKILLS: - Should have proficiency in Accounts Finalization, Analysis, Balance Sheet and Statutory Compliances - Strong analytical capabilities with ability to evaluate data formulate accurate conclusions and develop action plans. - Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and effectively use new information. - Strong analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills
