Executive Assistant to CEO - Strategy Consulting Role - eCommerce

The Executive Assistant to the CEO's Office will play a key role in enabling decision making at the centre. You will report directly to the Office Lead and drive deep thought and analytics to Projects that touch multiple parts of the company. You will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration to see-through the execution of multiple strategic decisions taken at the centre. Further, you will assist the Office in creating internal and external presentations as and when required by the CEO. The role will also have a clear path to success.

JOB Description :

- 1-2 years of strategy consulting experience

- Candidate will be part of CEO's office which reports directly into the India CEO

- Managing corporate strategy cell on a organization wide scale including existing businesses, divisions and new areas of development

- Strong in making Power Point Presentation and EXcel

- Will be required to work on strategic, financial and business planning of all multiple businesses

- Work on high impact projects

- Strong analytical skills and ability to support business decision making.

- Formulating and implementing strategies while closely working with format CEOs and intervene, suggest, support wherever required

- Act as a inhouse consultant to the CEO

- Strong analysis skills

- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. Much like a consulting approach.

- Should be able to create business and financial models of strategic opportunities and advice on their feasibility

- Ready for new challenges, in this space often one works on things which were not known earlier.

- Good coordination skills : will be required to work with cross functional teams in various spheres.

- Strong analysis skills

- Turn around time for all the data, information, analysis and advisory requirements

- Strong coordinations skills

- Ability to deal and work in unstructured environment .Strong networking skills

- Ability to identify gaps in planning and working on them

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
