Job Title / Designation: EA to CEO
Job Purpose: The primary purpose of the role is to assist the CEO in decision-taking and decision-making, and to increase organizational efficacy.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to CEO to perform management tasks in a well-organised, timely way, and professional manner. You will need to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the needs, wants, and demands of the CEO. You will provide high-quality strategic assistance to the CEO.
Executive Assistant to CEO Responsibilities Include:
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all stakeholders
- Oversee the performance of clerical and administrative staff
- Explore the feasibility of and fine-tuning the operations of existing business verticals and horizontals
- Set-up new business verticals and horizontals
- Develop and validate business models and strategies
- Research and report - concepts, models, and strategies
- Explore, assess, and establish / renew business relationships with existing / new partners
- Ensure and assist smooth operations / functioning of existing businesses
- Attend and track all review meetings
- Draft and maintain all management presentations
- Derive action plan and follow-up its implementation
- Maintenance of reports and its analysis
- Effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Job Dimensions:
- The job is a shadow role of the CEO and has limited authority, however the responsibilities are several. The role is a mix of deliverables from oneself as well as from others and thus requires strong interpersonal skills.
- In addition, the EA will act on behalf of and as the CEO in his absence. He/she will be authorized to approve and reject, and so must be diligent and careful.

Details of IT Proficiency Required: MS Office Package
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an Executive Assistant to a CXO
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency, multiple languages is a plus
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Aware of the latest office gadgets and applications
- Acquainted with office management systems and procedures
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Review and recommend changes to company policies
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management
- MBA in HR (from IISWBM/ISB/IIMs/SPJain/Ivy League Institutes etc.) will be considered an advantage
- Additional qualifications are a plus
