Role - Executive Assistant to CEO
Location - Delhi
Employer - A global MNC in the Renewable sector
Reports to - The CEO
Overall Responsibility - Supporting the CEO in all matters of relevance to enhance overall company performance
Job responsibilities:
Market intelligence work
- Preparing a base of market intelligence regarding all relevant aspects of the business sector
- Regular communication to the CEO of such updates as well as of any relevant ad hoc information
Strategy and business support
- Preparing, contributing and finalizing development strategy in collaboration with CEO and other relevant contributors
- Update strategy documents with relevant information and/or analysis to ensure best-in-class strategy work for the organisation
- Providing relevant information and analysis on business relevant aspects, such as
- Technological developments and/or assessment of same
- Regulatory developments and/or assessments of same
- Political/social developments and/or assessments of same
Operational Support and Coordination of work
- Coordination of workflows within the company as and when necessary and in agreement with CEO or Deputy CEO
- Coordination of work-flows with shareholders of the company as and when necessary and in agreement with the CEO and Deputy CEO
- Coordination of work-flows with external stakeholders of the company as and when necessary and in agreement with the CEO and Deputy CEO
- Preparation and analysis of internal/external reports
Supporting the CEO on ad hoc tasks
- Preparation of ad hoc reports on specific topics
- Prepare for company events, town halls, staff meetings, management meetings etc.
- Ad hoc support of any kind that the CEO may require
Competencies required:
- At least 4 years of experience. EA experience is desirable but not mandatory. For example, A 'Chief of Staff' or a 'Program Manager' may also apply.
- All tasks are handled in a proactive way and with initiative
- All communication is to be timely, succinct and pertinent in content and in choice of medium and frequency
- If in doubt, remember and apply the dictum of Mark Twain that "Continuous Improvement is better than Delayed Perfection"
- In all activity and behaviour, the Executive Assistant acts as a role model and actively and pro-actively supports colleagues across the company
- In all activity and behaviour, the Executive Assistant protects and enhances the reputation of the company, incl. related group companies, and its shareholders
