Job Description :

- Strategic Planning of the organizational initiatives that originiate out of the CEO's office

- Proficiency as Business Analyst is key in working with multiple departments and stakeholders and understanding their requirements

- Participate and actively contribute in the annual/quarterly budget preparations

- High level of involvement in the Board Meeting matters, candidate is expected to keep a tab on key outcomes and deliverable from these interactions

- Assist the CEO in Industry Forum matters

- Be a source of managerial information for the CEO through business MIS analysis

- Conduct regular market research and be updated with the trends in the industry

- Candidate will be a part of all new initiatives and projects and also involved in tracking the progress of these projects and to drive them to time bound closure

- Assist CEO in prioritisation of various projects

Desired Profile :

- BTech + MBA or CA (Qualified)

- Min 4 years of work experience in BFSI

- Has had exposure to strategic planning or performed a similar role in the previous organization
