Executive Assistant to CEO - Mfg/Engg

We have a job opening for position of Executive Assistant with a MNC in Mumbai.

Location - Mumbai - Kandivali

Reporting to - President & CEO

Direct Reports - NA (Individual Contributor Role)

Experience:

- Minimum 3 to Maximum 6 years of post qualification experience.

Industry:

- Manufacturing (Mandatory);

- Capital Equipment manufacturing (preferable),

- High on Business Perspective & Customer Orientation;

- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal);

- Good Interpersonal Skills;

- Strong Financial concepts;

- Project Management Skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with internal Project teams & external consultants to track project schedules, costs;

- Generate & Scrutinize information for the CEO to help take timely actions & decisions.

- Follow up with external and internal agencies to ensure that deadlines and key milestones are achieved.

- Help in reviewing the coordination of the induction and deployment of personnel for upcoming projects.

- Track statutory compliances & assist in review & escalate to CEO, as required.

- Track all audit reports & assist in review & escalate to CEO, as required.

- Collect, Analyze and report necessary & important information pertaining to Operations, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain etc.

- Handle confidential information, which would have immediate impact on the company operations, performance or value if shared beyond its intended audience.

Specific Points to note:

- Travel to various plants/locations will be required - along with the CEO as well as alone.

- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, Project Management as well as Sales structures is essential
