Executive Assistant To CEO - Manufacturing

Urgently hiring Female Executive Assistant (Sr. Manager/DGM grade) to CEO's Establishment at H.O. (Kolkata). Please note this is not a secretarial post. Candidates who should have prior experience in Executive Assistant / Technical Assistant /Corporate Strategy marketing /Business Analysis.

Position: Executive Assistant to CEO

Place of Posting: Kolkata, Corporate Office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Working closely with CEO on all the business verticals of the organization.

2.Working in close association with the Sr. Executives of the Plant/Telecom/Dredging and other business verticals of the Group.

3. Making strong follow up with all the HODs relating to any deviations of standard and report to CEO.

4. Preparation of MIS in coordination with plant MIS Head and MIS coordinator of other business verticals.

5. Function in close coordination with China and other overseas offices on matters related to plant operations, project, telecom, dredging and other business verticals.

6. Liaisoning with various Govt. and Semi Govt. agencies, various corporate bodies, financial institutions for necessary approvals, business development and to address critical business issues.

Candidate should be open to Travel and relocate to Kolkata.
