Executive Assistant to CEO

Strategy Planning & MIS

- Finance partner for all strategy, planning & MIS needs for Central Costs

- Collaborating with and providing business & support units with fact led analytical insights for critical decision making

- Development and Management of financial plan and budgets for the identified business & support units. Overseeing continual process improvements in budgeting procedures.

- Conceptualization, development and implementation of MIS and management dashboards for the business & support units

- Supporting the business Head and new business activity

- Analysis of cost saving ideas and key performance indicators to prioritize initiatives to improve corporate performance and monitoring of targets

- Setting of performance benchmarks

- Collaborating with stakeholders in finalization of Financial framework

Other Responsibilities:

- Facilitating meetings external and internal

- Assisting the HOD in his daily activities

- Manage distribution of utilities bills and collections from accounts

- Calendar management

- Coordination between internal/external stakeholders and the clients.
