This role will be a part of the company's Exec Comm and report directly to the Founder(s). You will be working closely on strategy and growth and will have a ringside view of all functions in the company. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Support the CEO in managing strategic projects. This will involve project planning and project management. You will be working with internal and external stakeholders across levels. - Monitor key business metrics and present reports on a periodic basis - Work with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and accelerate progress on critical projects. Skills : 1. Exceptional project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects across functions simultaneously. 2. Ability to work with people across experience levels and functions and represent the management independently. 3. Ability to take independent decisions based on data, insights and company priorities. 4. Work in a high growth environment with aggressive deadlines and targets.
