Accountability: Finding predictable, repeatable & scalable growth process for generating business
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the top management in the provision of strategic direction for business expansion and innovation.
- Coordinating with departments and guiding them to focus on certain KPIs which will help in revenue generation
- Bringing traditional and creative ideas on growth of the chosen KPIs
- A/B testing the ideas
- Analysing the data and user's feedback to make the product user centric and bring in innovation
- Assessing and supporting business through environmental and competitor scanning, market sizing and market intelligence, evaluation of investment opportunities, etc.
- Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, applications
- Prioritizing & optimising growth channels
- Scaling and automating the growth processes
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA (Finance/Marketing)
- Experience of using tools for growth hacking, Email Marketing Campaigns, A/B Testing, CRM etc.
Skills & Attributes:
- Business acumen to understand and utilize industry data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, identify key issues and develop strategies & plans.
- Profound understanding of data, analytics, metrices & statistics
- Good customer relation skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge about inbound and outbound marketing
- Programming knowledge will be an additional advantage
- High integrity
