Job Role :

Business Planning: Preparation for annual business plan;

- Budgeting: Assisted the CEO to assess After Markets and OEM business model, perform feasibility study and prepare the annual budget for SBU heads.

- MIS Reporting: Preparation of Financial and Operations review for the CEO; Variance analysis, Financial Modelling and identification of cross functional KPIs.

- Investor Relations: To assist and develop corporate presentations to Private Equity partner on Alliance's financial, operational and sales performance, propose future business strategy for growth and continued performance.

- Tracked and assessed performance of group's businesses vis-a-vis plan

- Made presentations to Directors and Business heads with insights on group's KPIs and priorities

- Tracked macro-economic, sectoral, regulatory and M&A developments and assessed its impact on group's businesses, in co-ordination with business and finance heads

- Assessed high value capex, opex and M&A proposals from group companies for CFO's go-ahead

- Prepared presentations for Board Meetings for Quarterly Results and Annual Budgets

- Financial modelling

- Capital, Revenue and Operation budget evaluation

- Work on new business ideas for diversification and take them to next level

- Developing basic country investment and risk profile for new business initiatives

- Single page report form detailed MIS reports for CEO

- Extensive desk research regarding new business ideas

- Ensure implementation of ideas and thoughts of CEO

- Assist CEO in implementing business restructuring proposals

- Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasting with bottom up and top down approaches.

- Calculation of stretch budgets based on top management feedback

- Monthly cost statement for each business vertical

- Cost reports for review meetings.
