Role description:
- Work closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on key strategic initiatives
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office, internal departments and investors
- Track and report progress of critical projects, key initiatives, key KPIs of Departments
- Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CEO office - which includes the preparation and routing of reports, presentation decks, dashboards, etc.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature - determine appropriate course of action
- Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Engineering background (preferably IIT/NIT/BITS) is a must, MBA from Tier 1 institutes preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience - preference will be given to candidates with Management Consulting background
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion
- Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including Senior Management and other staff
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, Financial modeling will be a plus
- Ownership-driven and motivated to work in a high-paced organisation
