Job Description - As EA to CEO, based out of Mumbai your primary responsibilities will include:

- Giving the CEO strategic advice and perspective on key business decisions

- Leading strategic initiatives and turn key projects in close collaboration with functional heads and key decision makers

- Representing the CEO's office in key business forums and coordinating with business and function heads

- Conducting research and analysis for various strategic projects and for business related MIS to be presented to senior leadership

- Working with external strategy consultants as CEO representative

The Successful Candidate - You are an MBA in Finance from a reputed B-School with 4 - 6 years work experience preferably in a multinational Retail, FMCG or Food business. You're someone who's articulate and comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and handling complex challenges.You want to grow fast in your career and are looking to learn from senior industry leadership.
