EA to CEO : Driving Automation & Strategic Projects

Role: Chief of Staff (EA to CEO in strategy & Automation)

Role Summary :

1. Incumbent shall work directly with the CEO in mobilizing things, people & projects to help company scale fast, smoothly and meet targets set by management & investors

2. To achieve the above coordinate, push, organize teams, take regular project statuses, report statuses and ensure each strategic/ operational project and team is meeting its target

3. Drive automations / digitization across company to enable fast growth and visibility across teams

4. Support CEO is various researches/ analysis for strategic decision making projects

Exp. & skills needed :

- MBA and engineer

- 6-10 years' experience in any of the following areas:

a. Driving automation projects or

b. Heading operations or

c. Driving strategies or

d. Being EA to CEO

- Must have project leading and management experience

- Must have worked with CXO teams to drive projects

- Prefer some experience in energy/ power/ heavy industries/ Logistics or automation industry
