Executive Assistant - CEO
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the MD/ CEO, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that organization goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
- Manage communication between senior management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Acts as a strategic advisor to the MD / CEO and senior management team.
- Represents MD / CEO in meetings, by email, and phone calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports MD / CEO in meetings and will be responsible for completion of action items.
- Support MD / CEO in creation of collateral for Board Meetings, Investor Meetings and keeping the MD / CEO updated on metrics from across the company while point out potential issues proactively
- Acts as the liaison between MD / CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
- Participates with the MD / CEO and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Ensures timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives of the MD / CEO
- Researches and recommends new and revised policies and strategies.
- Creates and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Maintains accurate confidential files and data records.
Required Qualifications :
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical & non-technical internal audiences and potential customers
- Ability to have mature, relevant conversations with top level business executives ; must have a broad business perspective that goes well beyond financials and into operations, products and market strategies
- Have strong strategic thinking to understand the different moving parts of the business and are able to prioritise;
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are required.
