This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to CEO by working on projects of strategic importance to the bank. We are searching for a candidate from a Good B-school with strong experience as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management having demonstrated leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff. The EA will work closely with C-level executives and will be responsible for undertaking and independently spearheading various initiatives in the nature of Business Growth, Process re-engineering, and related administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced working environment. The incumbent should have minimum of 10 years of working experience in Banking / NBFC of a good repute with adequate exposure and understanding of functions such as Business development/ Credit Appraisal & Operations / Credit Control, monitoring & Administration and implication of related risks relating thereto, with a pro-active approach to problem solving. Candidate must have a good understanding of all the relevant banking laws and practices. Experience of working in a Co-Operative Bank/ Small Finance Bank (SFB) would be an added advantage. The candidate can expect a promising career to head a function / department at the Bank.
