Key responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's demanding schedule by arranging and coordinating all meetings
- Arranging the corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas
- Assist the executive by being the point of contact for all communication
- Produce reports based on historical references or research
- Assist other team members as per the needs of the company
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position
- PA certification is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
