Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Title : Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO

Key Role of the EA is to provide day-to-day decision support to the CEO

Chief Responsibilities will include :

Decision support to CEO :

- Provide the first-level of problem-solving on top of mind issues for the CEO

- Assimilate current status and prepare preliminary action steps in key areas of the business

- Complete pre-work for CEO meetings and set agendas for his interactions with internal and external personnel

Monitoring :

- Institute processes and routines that ensure that the CEO’s decisions are followed up

- Co-ordinate with senior management and update CEO of progress on business as usual and projects of the CEO office

- Escalate issues needing immediate attention to CEO

Special initiatives and new business development :

- Support CEO special initiatives in new business areas

- Supporting senior management in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination.

- Providing industry insights and perspectives that feature in business development pitch, proposals and finally the deliverables to the client.

Prioritization :

- Regularly revisit CEO initiatives to ensure prioritization according to business and strategic objectives

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA from reputed institute - 1-3 years of work experience

- Should have the experience of driving/leading projects

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic business environment

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders

- Should be driven and mature enough to handle senior level relationships
