Executive Assistant To Business Head - Consumer Durable

Urgent Opening for Executive Assistant to Business Head with leading consumer durable industry

Preferred qualification - CA or MBA-Finance with relevant experience can be considered

- Expertise in SAP

- Having strong business analytical skills with suitable exposure in a related industry

- Should be able to extract and translate data from SAP into meaningful reports and standard / existing / new formats

- Should have experience in preparing analytical data for a reasonably large retail business

- Coordinate with the Branch(State) Heads of South Region day today / weekly / monthly for information & data pertaining to business, marketing and market activities

- Capture Branch data, analyze and check against measure of effectiveness for suitable representation to Regional Head

- Handle data on products, product categories, sales force, performance of sales force against targets by product, target by counters, targets by markets

- Manage manpower related data

- Ambitious and willing to do what it takes to grow within the function / across other functions like Sales / Marketing etc

- Very strong in communication and interpersonal skills

- A strong drive to initiate and complete time bound actions

- Ability to translate requests from Regional heads into actionable data and reports that are collated on time for Regional reviews.
