Executive Assistant To Business Head - Agrochemical Firm - IIM

A leading agrochemical organization is looking for :

Designation -Executive Assistant to Business Head ( Sr. Manager - Strategy & Analytics)

Exp. - 1+ yrs

Qualification - MBA from IIMs only

Location - Hyderabad

Mandate : Data handling/Analytics, business acumen - strategy, communication skills, capability to handle multiple stakeholders, financial analysis, working within stringent deadlines.

Knowledge of Telugu language will be an added advantage.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Make monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for the Board. Track business performance, status on functional plans and strategic initiatives on a periodic basis. Assist the Business Head in internal SBU reviews

2. Prepare business cases and investment proposals (CAPEX/M&A/New Products etc) and ensure ratification by Board/MD/CFO

3. Prepare the business plan. Formulate Long term strategy based on business obectives and aspirations, industry trends and competition

4. Coordinate for seamless data and information flow within different functions in the business. Build dashboards, templates for easy data capture, analyses, and insights. Act as a repository of data for the business

5. Act as the Risk Manager for the business and also as a SPOC for all audit-related points for the business

6. Work on specific functional projects (identifed as per business requirements) to improve metrics and KPIs

7. Develop a network of industry contacts, investors, and advisory services that can be leveraged as needed. Build a competition benchmarking framework

8. Key Initiatives tracking & extensive Data Analytics
