Reporting Manager- Brand Director

Education- MBA/PGDM

Job Description:-

1. the incumbent will be responsible to work closely with the Brand Director for coordinating, conducting and implementing strategic/ financial analysis projects that may focus on any aspect of the Brand's business activities.

2. - Lead the long term planning process as well as the short term budgeting process across the division and responsible for providing key metrics/analysis for the Director

3. - Support Director in key strategic HR appointments across the division as required

4. - Actively assist the director in volume planning, expense analysis and Head count planning

5. - Responsible for problem solving, analysis and presentation of various data as provided and required by the Director.

6. - Performs variance analysis of actual and planned results, as well as trend, time series, and cross sectional data analysis.

7. - Works cross-functionally across the Departments of Audi Division (Sales, Dealer Network Development, Marketing, Press & After Sales) to acquire key data required for analysis and build financial / strategic models to test assumptions and alternative solutions for the business.

8. - Performs ad hoc analysis, as needed, and works with key internal clients to understand changes in the business.

9. - Develops reports on key business issues and other business initiatives as needed. Works autonomously and collaboratively with others.

10. Should have excellent communication skills, Pleasant personality, Business acumen

10. - Responsible for all presentations of the Director given at any forum.
