Executive Assistant - Telecom/Media Industry

Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO/MD

- Responsible for overall growth of business ecosystem

- Working closely with Senior Management (CXOs) or Department Heads, and assist in strategic business growth in terms of revenue & contribution by analyzing potential business opportunities in each sector

- Study best practices in Market and find creative model to formulate Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

- Application of lean and six sigma knowledge to achieve targets of continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and cost reduction

- Analyze macro-economic factors such as IIP, GDP and key business drivers news relevant to the industry and the company on a monthly basis and update management on the recent trends/developments for taking corrective/preventive actions

- Company Level Scientific Budgeting

- Drafting various administrative and non-administrative policies

- Help to complete key management initiatives/projects driven from MD's office

- Analyze current business/market and propose key management indices/initiatives

- Help business verticals to achieve set business targets

- Preparation of Board and Investor presentations and other external communications for the MD including keynote addresses at Business Forums and Interviews in Magazines

- Addressing analyst queries for the company in consultation with CFO

- Monthly and Quarterly flash reports/MIS using Business Intelligence tool such as Qlikview and ERP (Oracle)

- Competitive Financial Analysis of various key industrial competitors

- Active participation in reviews of SBU. Liaising with all departments such as Sourcing, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales for ensuring progress and timely completion of critical projects
