Responsibilities:
- Ensure the CEO is working on the most important items for the company
- Represent the CEO in internal & external meetings, and taking urgent decision when required
- Manage all communications to and from CEO's office including board meetings and townhalls
- Conduct executive team meetings and help develop a cohesive company strategy
- Drive focus & accountability within the executive team on day to day basis, work with the team to develop ideas and proposals, and conduct initial reviews
- Help complete priority items for the CEO to an appropriate level of quality
- Set up and monitor appropriate business dashboards to highlight issues that merit attention
- Lead recruitment efforts for senior leadership positions
Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate from a top tier college
- 8+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managerial role
- Experience is setting up and scaling processes, particularly enterprise sales processes & systems
- Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
- Strong hands-on leader that can work in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize activities in a fast-paced working environment
- Exemplary time-management skills in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrated record of outstanding work quality, productivity, and teamwork
- A willingness to travel for business as required
