Strategy Consulting / Executive Assistant to IT Head with a Financial Services Company

- Candidate should be mature, confident, sharp and able to work with senior people.

- Candidate will have to work with multiple businesses and hence should be able to grasp new businesses and also gain respect of the businesses.

- Candidate will need to coordinate and collaborate with multiple colleagues on a regular basis.

The person will be part of the technology Group and will work extensively with the Head of the department, aiding with:

- Business technology initiatives

- Strategic planning

- Project reviews

- Business presentations

- MIS / dashboards / data analysis

- Vendor analysis/evaluation

- Primary and secondary research on new technologies and evaluating their use cases and fitness for the organization

Candidate will have to curate and run the Company program - a technology student outreach platform to bring business problems and student innovators together. Tasks would include:

- Marketing the platform

- College visits to connect with students

- Organizing hackathons and other events for students

- Mentoring student interns

- Working with businesses to identify core problem areas solvable with technology
