Executive Assistant - Strategy Consultant - Media & Entertainment

Responsibilities :

- Strategy, planning, financial & business analysis, project management across multiple functions and industries in order to provide support and thought partnership to help advance the organization's priorities.

- Taking detailed notes in meetings and sending follow up emails to stakeholders

- Reading through contracts, preparing templates, following up with stakeholders for requisite paperwork

- Ensure a complete process & workflow is created

- Preparing financial sheets related to prospective businesses

- Liaise with external counsel, clients

- Additionally, candidate need to be a strong problem solver with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) who can build relationships with a diverse set of individuals in the organization and the stake holders.

- The role requires a highly resourceful individual with good sense of corporate planning and business intelligence, appreciation for enterprise groups, high emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity, willingness to put the Business's and the firm's interest above all else, absolute confidentiality where appropriate.

- Be the thinking partner. This will involve thinking through diverse strategic issues across businesses and functions.

- Support the executive team's communications. The candidate will support the needs of the executive staff in their ability to raise critical issues and receive needed responses, guidance and decisions.

Skills Required :

- Minimum 3 years- experience in strategy / financial analytics / business planning

- Needs to be able to be firm, but get along with stakeholders

- Needs to be flexible and take ownership of process & workflow

- Needs to be incredibly detail oriented and organized

- Needs to be able to understand & brainstorm on issues related to media, finance, and commercial items

- Needs to be self-sufficient, collaborative and decisive
