Role : Executive Assistant   Reporting To : Head, EM & GG India   Experience Required : 1+ years post MBA   Key Responsibilities :  - Plan & execute reviews, support for the Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Business Review meetings.   - Execute special assignments from time to time from conceptualization, planning to delivery.  - Working closely with India business team and understanding the relevance of various initiatives in India, adapting the same for major EM markets - Russia, Ukraine and SA - based on the local market needs and dynamics, scaling it up to make it a competitive advantage   - Design Scorecard, evaluation and closing: at EM Level and country levels   Strategic Deployment Process:   - Coordianting across the EM countries to ensure we are on track   - Working closely with SDP stakeholders to establish best practices between GG India and EM team   - Support in EM Monthly review meetings, Management Council meet, Board retreat documents, new market calls  - Leadership council convener - both for EM and India business  Key Behavioral Competencies :  - Possesses Strong communication and influencing skills  - Building & Leveraging Relationships  - Ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams internally and externally   - Innovation & Problem Solving-Identifies problems and areas of improvement within own task.  - Business Acumen (understanding of Pharma markets/key drivers and trends) commercial orientation and decision making skills  - Interdisciplinary thinking and interest to collaborate with other functions  - Performance Orientation-Plans, structures and executes effectively to drive performance  - Operating Network  Internal : Finance, Country heads, Vertical Heads, Function heads  External : Consultants, vendors & Auditors
