Executive Assistant & PMO to the CEO (10-20 yrs) What will you be responsible for ? - Understand EIS and company's objectives and priorities and support in achieving those priorities. - Work with EIS India Lead to identify strategic initiatives and opportunities, provide business consulting, establish operational processes, measure performance, and improve those processes. - Build/improve operational systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within EIS India Lead's office. - Drive efficiency across operational processes by building automation tools, standardized templates, best practices, and knowledge sharing. - Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. - Create alignment and synergy between various functions and teams to ensure progress towards business objectives and priorities. - Project manage special projects / initiatives, including data analytics and reporting. - Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to partner and deliver holistic solutions. Daily Activities: - Act as an extension of the EIS India Lead, assuming responsibility of the Lead's office. - Help with information gathering, pre-work and leadership presentations. - Help with brainstorming relevant topics / subject matters and prioritizing and planning work elements. - Lead meetings, presentations, and interactions on behalf of the EIS India Lead. - Provide timely information, insight, and feedback to assist with decision-making on assigned activities. - Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. - Develop and manage detailed roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously. - Track, monitor and report on functional metrics, KPIs and current status. - Drive completion of activities towards realization of objectives and priorities. - Drive leadership reporting on business operations and projects / initiatives, viz. business reviews, project status reports, etc. What are we looking for ? - Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field, or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 7 years of experience in business or executive management role, with increasing level of responsibilities. - Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical individuals at any level. - Strong experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments. - High problem solving, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills; demonstrated by the ability to assimilate new information, data, and technical details with desired business outcomes, and produce sound analysis and recommendations. - Proven success in a project coordination role. Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication. - Adaptable to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Preferred experience with data analytics and reporting
