Executive Assistant/PMO - Auto/Manufacturing Firm (5-10 yrs)
Executive Assistant/PMO
The Executive Assistant will work directly with CEO and will be responsible for :
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
- Manage budget for maximum productivity
- Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the leadership team to complete work assignments, influence outcomes and ensure that critical deadlines are met, and projects are completed.
- Perform frequent and rigorous research on key Business topics both internally and externally to identify organization's fitment to strategic frameworks, establish industry trends, and collect benchmark data.
- Present strategies and analytics for enhancing the process.
- Update the business reports & presentations and organize review meetings and prepare its agenda & circulation.
- Ensure EHS in all operations
- Responsible for other activities as entrusted upon by management
- Should be Engineering Graduate with MBA from B Schools with minimum 5+ years of experience from manufacturing industry with Program Management Experience. PMP certification preferred.
