Executive Assistant

Role:

- Facilitating Seamless Communication

- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Founder and different departments.

Project Management:

- Implement robust follow-up systems to ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.

- Drive Innovation: Bring your entrepreneurial spirit to assist in strategic initiatives, marketing, sales, branding, and team building.

- Determine priority of matters of attention for the Director; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.

- Keep the management advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

Research Projects:

- Conduct ad hoc research projects with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ensure timely completion of research assignments.

- A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) along with at least 5years of relevant work experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite, indicating a strong grasp of essential office tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills, allowing them to thrive as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering smooth communication and coordination.

- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to implement robust follow-up systems, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

- Experience in conducting ad hoc research projects with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring timely completion of assignments.

- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to strategic discussions and problem-solving initiatives.
