Executive/Assistant Manager - Marketing - Luxury Mall

We are hiring Marketing Professional for Leading Luxury Mall based out of Ludhiana

Desired Skills and Experience

Designation: Sr. Exec/AM- Marketing

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM

Experience: 2-6 years of Marketing/ Branding experience

CTC: 9-14 lacs

Industry: Any

Responsibilities :

- Marketing Plan - To ensure execution of a rolling 12 month marketing calendar of Promotional Events, Advertising and Retailer development and training. Provide coordination & project management to ensure event success.

- Mall Branding - Plan & arrange for Mall festive decorations as per approved event calendar/budget.

Events & Promotion Activities :

- Arrange regular events in the mall to promote foot fall. Ensure Mall compliance in relation to the events in co-ordination with Mall Liaison representative (to liaise directly with local police as well as related bodies in the absence of the liaison representative).

- Ensure all marketing related activities drive foot falls into the mall and enhance sales / revenue opportunity.

- Budget -Participate in the preparation of the Annual Marketing Budget in line with the goals of the Mall Business Plan and the Mall Strategic Marketing Plan. Ensure that the actual spend meets the budget spend and be able to demonstrate adherence to the budget.
