Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager - Valuation - Financial Services

- You'll be responsible for the roll-forward and review of valuation models of varying complexities for various infrastructure and real asset investments.

- You'll be required to develop a deep understanding of the asset economics which directly impact the valuation, as well as understand and review asset reports regularly.

- You'll be required to complete various tasks in the valuation process including working with asset managers to update valuation models, conducting independent evaluation of key valuation assumptions, as well as writing asset valuation reports and commentary.

- You'll work in a collaborative team to analyse client issues and recommend solutions, contribute to project execution, manage status reporting, as well as liaise with and develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure key objective are delivered to a high standard within deadlines.
