Nature of work :
The incumbent would be responsible for independently managing the entire gamut of sales operations thereby achieving the sales target.
Qualification and Experience :
- MBA and/ or engineer from an institute of repute.
- 3-10 years of experience of selling S/W products / IT enabled solutions in Defence Vertical
Desired Profile :
- Strong track record of selling high ticket value based software solutions.
- Should have experience in New Account Acquisition.
- Ability to forecast future sales trends.
- Ability to do account management & mapping Key Decision Makers and Key Influential's at CXO levels
- Understands sales cycle in Defence verticals.
- Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition
- Strong account management and business acumen
- Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis
- Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Generation from New Account and expand customer base in the assigned region
- Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
- Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
