Fundraising   2. Managing executive Calendars, appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.  3. Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.  4. Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.  5. Design the national and international expansion and complete the strategic business planning process for the program expansion into new markets.  6. Designing and completes project proposal for fundraising, collecting data from cross functional team, communications, and systems.  7. Identify timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.  8. Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.   9. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.  10. Prepares MIS reports by collecting and analyzing information.  11. Liaise, Supervise and make fall in-line activities with internal staff at all levels.  12. Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.   Qualification & Experience:  1. MBA from a premier B-school  2. 4+ years of relevant experience   3. Should have fund raising experience
