Executive Assistant To CEO Office - Start up FMCG

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the CEO's team as an Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior executives to drive the company's strategic goals.

- The ideal candidate must have 8-12 years of work experience, graduated from a premium MBA institution, and possess strong analytical, strategic planning, implementation and Execution skills.

- Some kind of management consulting and startup background.

- We need a combo of experience, intellectual rigour and perhaps ex-management / founder at a startup makes a big difference.

- We want this person to move things off the co-founder's plate and do execution, and delegate. we are looking at - experienced, a lot of varied experiences and smart.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the CEO in developing and implementing the company's strategic plans and goals.

- Conduct research and analysis to support the CEO's decision-making process.

- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other materials for the CEO.

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other senior executives, staff, and external

- Leads the strategic initiatives / projects that are initiated by the CEO's office, Stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Experience in D2C or Skincare/beauty

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical , strategic planning and Execution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Out of the box thinking
