Executive Assistant/Financial Analyst To CFO - Startup

- Taking care of the entire budgeting cycle & presenting variance analysis to the management. This will also involve financial analysis & review of MIS

- Taking part in the strategic decision making of the firm. This will include identifying & evaluating opportunities to create a positive impact on both the top line & the bottom line of the firm

- Analysing competitors and reporting key issues on the same

Profile : 

- The ideal candidate will be an MBA with 2 to 5 years of experience post qualification. The candidate should have worked in TAS/M&A team in a big 4/consulting firm at some point.

- The candidate should have strong excel skills. He/she should be proficient in finance modelling, MIS reporting, making presentation, investor reporting etc
