1. You will closely work with CEO. Athering and documenting business requirements: Business analysts work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for new projects or system enhancements. They conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect relevant information.

2. Analyzing and documenting current business processes: Business analysts assess existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement or optimization. They document these processes and identify potential gaps or inefficiencies.

3. Conducting feasibility studies and impact assessments: Business analysts evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of proposed changes or new initiatives. They analyze data, perform cost-benefit analysis, and assess risks to provide insights for decision-making.

4. Creating business cases and project plans: Business analysts develop business cases to support proposed projects or initiatives, outlining the expected benefits, costs, and resources required. They also contribute to the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

5. Collaborating with stakeholders: Business analysts act as a liaison between different stakeholders, including business users, developers, designers, and project managers. They facilitate effective communication, ensure that requirements are clearly understood, and manage expectations.

6. Defining functional specifications: Based on gathered requirements, business analysts create detailed functional specifications that outline how the proposed solution should function. These specifications serve as guidelines for developers and other teams involved in implementation.

7. Supporting system testing and user acceptance: Business analysts assist in defining test plans and test cases to ensure that the developed solution meets the documented requirements. They may also support user acceptance testing and address any issues or defects that arise.

8. Providing ongoing support and training: Business analysts may provide support and guidance during the implementation phase of a project. They may also conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new systems or processes.
