Executive Assistant - Corporate Strategy

- Preparation of the AOP Study the various internal and external reports, prepare revenue/ expense models based on various assumptions as per the internal reports, perform trend analysis and comparison with previous years, discuss the same with HOD for finalization of the model, prepare and present the revenue AOPs of the FBO/MRO, Inflight Catering and formulate the strategies for achieving the targets

- Ensure that the revenues are as per the AOP along with analytical findings & summarize monthly variance analysis/ MIS with detailed reasoning for any deviations in AOP with regards to FBO/MRO

- Business Analytics for Inflight Catering Business - Extract data from the Inflight Catering companies, understand their Business models, analyze the data and identify the gaps and loopholes, if any and formulate a strategy for the Revenue maximization from the Inflight Catering

- Track the progress of various phases of the FBO/MRO project and facilitate resolution of holdups wherever needed. Ensure achievement of Key Milestones of the Project

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for construction and commissioning of the new GA apron and smooth transition from the existing GA apron to the new GA apron
