Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff To CEO - Aerospace & Defense Industry

We are hiring for an MNC Company located in Noida.

The company is a 6 days working (Work from office).

Qualification - Full time MBA / PGDBA from the Tier 1 B School.

Position - EA to CEO

Job Profile:-

- Plan, organise key business meetings and follow up on action plan.

- Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the management team.

- Participate in decision making on behalf of the executives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and present project updates to the executives.

- Developing project financials, feasibility and development strategies for new project launches fundamentally effecting the success of new launches.

- Organise business performance review meetings on monthly / quarterly basis.

- Prepare business analysis / projections as and when required by the executive.

- Researching and preparing data to prepare documents and presentation for executives, board of directors.

- Using various data visualisation tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software and present reports to the executives.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5 Years work experience into business strategy and assisting to Top Management.

- An engineer with full time degree of Masters from a good institute.

- Passion to work in Aerospace & defense and make a difference to the community.
