Job Description

- Conduct research and generate reports by collecting data from various tools and/or consolidating it into reports Collect and compile daily/weekly/ monthly/quarterly reports (related to operations, financial, project, special assignments etc.)

- Assist in processing certain contracts, agreements and transaction confirmation documents Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.

- Act as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, interact with them in a professional and timely manner.

- Coordinate between various departments (infrastructure, commercial and operations, capacity and resource planning) to track profitability, projections and go live milestones.

- Assist the CDO in daily activities and oversee divisional activities on his behalf and report those which require his attention.

Responsibilities:

1. Bachelors of engineering from a reputed college/university 6 - 8 years of work experience.

2. Must have prior experience working in CXO office in large organization Experience in dealing with expats.

3. Must have project management experience.

4. Must have experience in any project controlling tools Experience in lesioning with Govt. and Regulatory Authorities is preferred Work experience in infrastructure companies is mandatory

5. Experience in aviation industry would be added advantage
