Executive Assistant - Business Planning

The incumbent must be BE/ B.Tech with MBA preferably with at least 2 to 5 years of experience in the below mentioned field from reputed organization.

KRA

- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports & Dashboards by coordinating the information from various applications to distribute accurate Reports within prescribed deadlines.

- Generating and maintaining MIS data and managing adhoc reporting requests. 

- Performing data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. 

- Providing regular updates to the Stakeholders and Management on MIS 

- Analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting the insights to management.

Competition analysis

- Function directly with the Management committee for strategic initiatives & operational decisions by Data analysis, Modelling presentation & MIS at the organization level

- Perform quarterly GAP analysis of key performance indicators & to give insights to the Management to improve the performance of low scoring KPIs
