Executive Assistant/Business Analyst to MD & CFO - Automotive Firm

- Contribute to the finance function in terms of budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis

- Analyse various data points from historical performance and formulate strategies for growth avenues / mitigate risks basis the same

- Identifying & evaluating opportunities for the firm to grow in terms of new products, technologies, customers, geographies etc.

- Be a strong business partner to different heads of functions by ensuring that their business challenges are understood and strategies are formulated to ensure these business challenges are solved

Profile

You will be an MBA / CA / ICWA (MBA+Engineering will be preferred) with between 3-5 years of work experience coming in from a product based organisation with a manufacturing setup in India as a business analyst / EA. In addition to this you will have result backed achievements in such a space (quantified in terms of top line / bottom line additions, new product launches, improvement in profitability, new geographies etc.) along with strong business acumen. You will also have good communication and interpersonal skills.
