Executive Assistant/Business Analyst To CEO - Consulting Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

The incumbent must be an ambitious individual seeking analytic position, desire for creating data driven strategies & business solution, helping to build statistical forecast module, performing deep dive & adhoc analysis of various business process. The role requires an individual who will transform company's practice into more adaptable cost effective solution to have more efficient operations.

- Management Reporting 

Business & financial analytics:

- Provide support to CEO in steering key organization projects, digital & strategic transformation initiatives

- Develop advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements

- Finance modelling, scenario analysis, valuation & forecasting of due diligence related projects

- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing strategies and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging them

- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas

- Gathering market & competitive intelligence analysis of market scenario & strategic market inputs.

- The role involves an individual who will master strategic business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques

- Identify and establish scope and parameters of current module analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions

- Analytics and trending of data for management consumption

- Preparing various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision making by the Management.

- Prepare review presentations on an ongoing basis for management reviews.

Budgeting & Forecasting : 

- The Annual business plan for the Division

- Roll out of Regional/ Area Performance parameters

- Monitor monthly performance and Variance Analysis

Essential Required:

- Must be a post graduate from Premium B-School

- Must hold minimum 2 years of experience in similar role

- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills

- Stakeholder management & focus on business acumen

- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long term process.Position : Executive Assistant /Business Analyst to MD
