The company, EverEnviro has the mandate to invest in, take majority control, develop and operate projects in the Waste Management space. The investment mandate covers Municipal Solid Waste, Industrial Waste, Construction & Demolition waste, Medical waste, E-Waste, etc. Effective waste management and disposal would include fruitful utilization to convert waste to energy, construction products, compost, recycled materials, etc. With the government thrust towards the Waste Management Sector, the sector is poised to see rapid developments and offer timely business growth opportunity. Role : EA/BA Reporting Manager : CEO Key Responsibilities : I. Identify improvement ideas in existing businesses - Identify key priorities/improvement opportunities - Ensure appropriate analysis/work being done on these by the business - Orchestrate appropriate discussions with business/ MD II. Assess organic/ inorganic growth opportunities within existing businesses - Evaluate growth ideas presented by the businesses; including any new adjacent business opportunities or acquisition opportunities (collaborate with different business, as required) - Generate, as necessary, growth ideas proactively that the business may not have thought about (or may be averse to) through discussions with MD (collaborate with different business, as required) III. Support decision making on new businesses/ geographies and opportunities to reshape business portfolio for shareholder value - Support decision making on adjacent/new business opportunities as they come up (in collaboration with Corporate functions and/or businesses as required IV. Drive special projects, as required : - Drive/support special projects that come up during the course of the year that are not covered in the goals above (usually in collaboration with a corporate function or a business) V.
