Core Purpose of the Role : - Acting as the point of contact between the MD and all business heads and stakeholders (internal or external) - Provide sophisticated calendar management; maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences - Work closely with the Business Heads/ Director to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, following up appropriately - Handling correspondence directed to stakeholders - Monitoring and recording minutes of all leadership business meetings - Handling and prioritizing all outgoing/ incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages) - Producing and managing reports and presentations - Maintaining the current database system (electronic and paper) ensuring information is organized and easily accessible, and looking for ways to improve current systems Talent Attribute : - Significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives. - Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks - Excellent time management skills - Well-developed organisational skills - Attention to detail - Great verbal and written communication skills - Professional discretion Salary offered: 10-15LPA
