Job Description :

1) Seeking exceptionally intelligent, resourceful, and motivated Executive Assistant to support senior staff based out of our Hyderabad.

2) Primary responsibilities include reviewing and summarizing reports and documents, preparing presentation materials using power point, and coordinating with the project leads to prepare/track status reports, quarterly summary, and road-maps.

3) The role also involves managing schedules and events, coordinating travel, conducting research, maintaining contact databases, reporting expenses, and liaison with key internal and external contacts.

4) The ideal candidate will excel at working independently, managing multiple projects, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

5) A successful candidate will be highly organized with strong communication and MS Office skills.

6) Must have strong managerial, organizational, client facing, and exceptional communication & Interpersonal skills.

7) Must have desire to be apart of a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
