Job Responsibilities :
Administration :
- Assists the organizational unit with correspondence, personnel records and documents, varied to somewhat complex reporting, travel itineraries, staff memberships, etc.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management to senior leadership. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Coordinate Team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events as needed. Conserve time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
- Meeting and travel arrangements which includes ground transportation, Hotel/ Flight/ Visa assistance as needed.
- Assists new staff on-boarding for both employees and contractors. Updates and maintains organization charts.
Portfolio Support (PS) / Strategy
- The Portfolio Support Program offers non-financial assistance and financial aid to our Portfolio (Investee) companies.
- Understand the needs of the Portfolio companies and identify the right partners / vendors for supporting them
- If required, identify such external vendors and agencies (including building Technology and Website services, IT Support, Marketing and Social Media, and Recruitment) and help in getting them onboard to support our Portfolio
- Connect our Portfolio companies with the above external vendors and agencies
- Coordinate with SPOCs of Portfolio Companies and help them in connecting and working effectively with the vendors.
- Regular check on the performance and implementation of the entire PS Program and share the monthly / quarterly updates with the Fund's leadership
Job Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of proven and demonstrated experience in admin / marketing
- Masters' education preferable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong working skills on MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word) with proficiency in MS Excel
- Should be a quick learner, attention to detail, a good team player
- Should be a go-getter. Able to work under minimum supervision
- Thorough knowledge of functions of marketing and admin
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information and operations
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including team members, board members, portfolio companies, and other external partners.
- Being flexible and adaptable, approaching any other work assigned with dedication and punctuality.
- Ability to perform under tight timelines and plan for contingencies
