One of our clients is looking for an astute professional having real estate sales & marketing experience (having leasing experience will be an added advantage)
KRAs:
Leasing:for commercial buildings pan India
- Interacting and developing relationships with the real estate consultants
- Growing marketing channels and interacting with them on regular basis for market info and providing them details of company projects
- Regular visits for clients and channel partner meetings for relationship building and closure of leads
- Responsible for end to end lease term negotiations and drafting of LOIs and agreements
- Trend analysis and market research
- Sales of projects pan India
Trend analysis and market research:
- Meeting channel partners and HNI clients for making project presentations
- Responsible for managing client meetings and follow up
- Responsible for driving sales across all projects
Branding for the existing and upcoming projects of company:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all branding activities with internal and external teams from project inception to marketing collateral
- Coordinating with different vendors / consultants as part of the process
- Other miscellaneous on ground banding activities
