Executive/AM - Retail Transactions - Leasing (1-4 yrs)
- Generating leads, understanding the client's requirement, meeting new retailers, networking, Identification of new business opportunities.
- Assisting retailers in identifying, evaluating & selecting right locations in Malls & Hi Streets and providing solution for their real estate requirements in terms of expansion & market penetration plans.
- In some cases, wherein the brand is completely new to the city, assisting clients in their expansion strategy, market knowledge and information, market familiarisation, suggesting relevant locations based on client's product, target customers.
- Key Brand and Account Management
- Co-ordinating with other offices and facilitating in providing suitable locations for client's in order to reach out to different markets across the country
- Sourcing new developer and retailer contacts and timely flow of information to update database to enable colleagues to capitalize on the information.
- Making presentations on expansion strategy for client, competitor mapping, mall presentations, city overview.
- Property listing for clients
- Agency Fee Negotiation and Collection of Agency Fee
- Value Addition
- Development of retailers' database.
- Developed and implemented retail business strategy as member of the retail group.
- Maintaining retailers leads database, mall database and property database.
